Defective items, processing errors or missing items. Call us immediately in any of the previous events to 915 351 421. The defective item will be replaced by the same item in perfect estate or the process error will be corrected replacing the mistaken item or sending the missing product without any additional cost.

For reasons of hygiene an item which has been used cannot be returned.

The customer may require from SEDASANA.com the material return as long as it is done before 14 calendar days from the purchase date. The customer must send an E-mail to SEDASANA.com which in turn will give a response within a maximum period of 48 hours. From that moment, the customer shall have a period of 5 working days to send the material back. The amount paid will be refunded as long as the item has not been used, it is in its original package and in perfect state. Delivery costs will be at the customer’s expense.
