CARE AND CLEANING

It is advisable to use the duvet with covers and wash the duvet covers. It is also recommendable to air it in the open air once every two or three months for one or two hours to recover its original qualities. Do not expose it to direct sunlight or to high temperatures. 

If necessary, hand wash the duvet or in the washing machine (silk programs) using NEUTER SOAPS the kind used for baby’s clothes and in cold water. Let it dry thoroughly.   

NO DRY CLEANING. NO ALKALINE SOAP. They would spoil the silk protein and therefore the duvet. In case of taking it to the dry cleaner´s, do wash it in water.  

HOW TO STORE IT:  

In between seasons, air it, let it dry and keep it in dry and fresh places inside its cotton bag.
Do not use naphthalene or moth balls.   
Do not put too much weigh on it.
